We provide innovative solutions for manufacturers, insurers and brokers across a range of services.

Our Story
Established in 2003, 4th Dimension Innovation Ltd has achieved growth year after year, working with our values or passion, innovation, integrity and excellence.
As our business has grown so has the number of services we have been able to provide to the motorcycle industry such as claims management, motorcycle recovery, hire and storage, repair, sales and salvage.
The growth of our business wouldn’t be possible without the continued investment in learning and development for everyone. We work in an environment that encourages cooperation and accountability and enables people to think of new ideas and act on them.

Learning & Development
At 4th Dimension, we believe in empowering our people from their very first day and giving everyone equal access to learning and development tools so that they are enabled to do the best in their jobs.
Our learning pathways include inductions, team specific training, continual specialist training, management courses as well as a huge number of skills specific and wellbeing courses offered through our Learning Management System and external training suppliers.
Alongside this we offer the chance to enrol in apprenticeships, the Chartered Institute of Insurers programs and other professional qualifications.
Learning is covered online, face to face and in hybrid sessions alongside 121 coaching.
