Where some, or all, bike claim handling elements are retained in-house by a client, we provide an audit and quality control service, to identify where costs may be reduced, efficiencies improved or policyholder satisfaction increased. This can be extended to the external service providers to our clients.

We build models for realizing the improvements, in-house or through outsourcing, setting out what will be delivered and with clear benchmarks. We will financially underwrite any improvements we are instructed to deliver.
